About the Role : We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the successful delivery of large-scale eCommerce and retail technology programs . The role requires strong ownership of end-to-end delivery, cross-functional coordination, stakeholder management, and execution excellence across modern commerce platforms.

Responsibilities :

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of large-scale eCommerce programs , ensuring "On-Time, In-Scope, On-Budget" delivery .
• Own P&L responsibility manage margins, resource utilization, and project profitability.
• Lead high-performing, distributed teams across Engineering, QA, UX, and DevOps.
• Drive technical excellence across platforms like Adobe Commerce (Magento) and SAP Hybris.
• Act as the primary point of contact for C-suite stakeholders, bridging business goals with technical execution.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

Required Skills :

• 14+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years in Delivery/Project Management
• Strong experience in Retail/eCommerce domain
• Hands-on delivery experience with one or more eCommerce platforms
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and SDLC best practices
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience managing large, distributed teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities

Preferred Skills :

• Preferred experience in Adobe Commerce (Magento) and SAP Hybris
